Q3, Who has influenced you or how was your life affected by Adwalton.
There are too many people to list here! A few names are PB, Simon Bagnall, Simon Lindsay, but so many more. Adwalton has helped me become a more confident and outgoing bloke, especially since I started playing senior cricket.

Q4, Highs & Lows of your time at Adwalton.
Matty Dogger taking the catch off Tommy Lindsay to get the 1st XI promoted was definitely one of the best days of my life. So was the absolute mess of an evening celebrating back at ACC that followed! A low point would be the 2nd XI narrowly missing promotion the same year - if only the weather had held up!

Q5, Significant memories.
Camping weekends when at junior level are a particular highlight for me - visiting Lords was amazing too. Craig Wright catching an absolute dart at mid wicket off my bowling at East Leeds is a big one (because it’s so rare). Me and Simon Bagnall putting on 114 together against Heckmondwike is a very very fond memory also.

Q6, Friends made.
Difficult one to answer as there are so many, old and new. Looking forward to catching up with them all when COVID is finally gone!

Q7, Funniest moment.
Max Merton just in general. One of the funniest blokes I’ve ever met - hopefully he comes back to the club from Victoria for a pint one day!

Q8, Best game played in / club highlights/ best away ground.
We played against Bowling Old Lane at their place a couple of seasons ago and got smashed all over the park in the first innings, only to lose by 17 runs after Vinit Patel, Tommy Lindsay and Shaggy all went crazy. The night we got promoted is 100% my club highlight - seeing PB drunk was incredible.

Q9, How has your family been involved.
I don’t think my dad ever missed watching me at a single junior game - I hope he comes to senior games more often in the future!

Q10,Hopes / thought for the future.
I would love to see the 2nd XI earn promotion - we have come so close the past few years it feels like fate! Also, I’d love to be present for Matty Lyles’ next hundred with the bat - nobody works harder or deserves the achievement more!

Q11, Most annoying person in club ! (can’t all say Jacko)
Jaggy because he’s impossible to get out in nets!
