Adwalton U17s where hoping to pick up when they left off last week and win the rearranged league final on Sunday morning but unfortunately the weather had different ideas. Due to the rain on Sunday morning and the amount of rain over the past couple of weeks the outfield was in no fit state to play on despite the best efforts of all those involved at Adwalton trying to clear away the water.

As this was already the reserve day the winner would be decided by a bowl off, each time picked 5 bowlers who each got 2 balls, Adwalton picking Vinit Patel, Tom Davidson, Chris Blakeney, Thomas Lindsay and Jacob Phillips. Despite the best efforts of the lads they lost 3-2 to Buttershaw, Vinit and Jacob hitting for Adwalton, who where crowned the winners.
